Do you have Phase 2 or Phase 3 ready to submit? If so, just submit one of the two Phases, and you'll still be eligible to win. 

You’re one of 20 students, eligible to win a grand prize of $1,000.00. You’ll have your builds graded by OCC Architecture Club, and presented to the City of Costa Mesa. How cool is that?

Start by watching this video, made by the City of Costa Mesa, which helps to describe our reason for Plan and Play, and why we need to figure out viable solutions for housing in our city.

Then it's your turn to come up with your own creative housing solution that you think can help to create a community like you created in Phase 2, and decide where you think they should go.

What types of tools can be used for Phase Three? Minecraft, Procreate, Roblox, Sims, Photoshop, Google Maps, art supplies, Legos, building blocks, anything you have access to and want to use to build your version of a creative housing solution …

So what do you do next? 

1. Put all your Plan and Play housing pieces of the puzzle together (Favorite childhood memory, ideal community, Artist safespaces), to build your dream neighborhood. i.e:

2. Show where 11,760 homes can go, in our City of Costa Mesa. With a connected community collection, of Apartment community, Duplex, ADU, ...).
