It’s finally here!
May the Fourth is our date for City Council.

How can you ensure the One Metro West Owners and Builders add 1,057 much-needed market-rate and affordable housing units into our City? How can you ensure the first new park is built in Costa Mesa in decades? How can you ensure 600 new permanent jobs are generated directly on-site?

Here’s how you can support

Attend the City Council meeting virtually tomorrow, Tuesday, May 4th, to give verbal support for the One Metro West build.
Meeting begins at 6:00 PM, One Metro West comments begin around 8:00 PM.

“By adding a new 1.5 acre open space on what is now a decades old industrial site, every member of the public can start to see how our community is better together which is one of the goals at Trellis that Rose Equities and the One Metro West community have worked to help make a reality.”

Ian Stevenson

About One Metro West

One Metro West plans to transform a 15-acre industrial property north of the 405 freeway into a vibrant mixed-use community—an affordable, accessible and sustainable neighborhood offering market-rate and affordable apartment homes within walking and biking distance of thousands of new and existing jobs. Elevating the neighborhood experience, with a housing community right next door to the nationally acclaimed SOCO and The OC MiX. The first new park in Costa Mesa in over 20 years makes our emerging neighborhood complete.
